For domestic deliveries we provide door-to-door service or Japan Post service. The delivery estimate within domestic areas is about one day. Orders can take longer depending on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can assemble the items for shipment, weather conditions or traffic circumstances.

We can ship to countries outside Japan (EMS).

In case of the deliveries to the foreign countries, Japanese customers will be exempted of tax.

Once we recieve your order, we will pack it carefully and make it ready for shipping. After we confirm the payment, we will deliver it as soon as possible. In the same time we will send you the email regarding about the shipping.

- In case of delivery date and time specification (only apply for the domestic delivery)
For the specific date, please write down the date you would like the products to be delivered in the comment box. and we will try to do our best to send you the product on the date you wish.
For the specific date, you just have to click the drop down box and select the time period which you wish.

- Please acknowledge that according to the traffic circumstance or bad weather condition, product may not be able to be delivered to the day and time when you desire it to be received beforehand acknowledged.

When delivered products are differ from the one which you desired. If it is the unused, you may return and exchange it for other products.
In case of returns and exchange with other products, the delivery cost will be paid by customer. After the product is returned to us, we will return you with your desirable product within 7 days.
